You are to seriously consider how you, as a Recreational Therapist, would assess the client, document that assessment information, and then design a detailed treatment plan for the client. You may have to make assumptions about details of the client’s life that are not included in the case study. If you do so you must include that information in your Client History section. Please make sure that your treatment plan is detailed as to the type of groups you are recommending and the interventions you would use with the individual, and that your treatment plan reflects the goals and objectives that you have written.
