In order to write this essay, you must first listen to and take notes on Malcolm Gladwell’s podcast “My Little Hundred Million.” Your essay will pick up where Gladwell’s podcast ends. Clearly, donating $100 million to a university that already has a twenty billion dollar endowment will not have a huge impact, so to what organization(s) do you think philanthropists should donate in order to have the greatest impact on society today? That is, what problems can money solve?
