Succession Planning Beneficial for Public Organizations

Research need to include a lot more citations for the information that I have currently. Please read my attachment as that is the intro and the research, literature review and citations have to be coinciding with what I already have.

The research have to be at least 12-15 pages

You can continue from where I left off. Everything you are adding should be research and sources.

This section of the paper( which also serves as the analytical framework), requires students to submit a detailed literature review, with at least 10 citations. This section should include headings and subheadings to discuss various issues under the same topic. Students should not use wikipedia as a source of citation. Students are also encouraged to articulate the methodology which will be used( qualitative or quantitative), in seeking an answer or answers to the main research question or questions. Students are also expected to discuss the internal and external validity of the chosen methodology.. Citations should be in APA style. Students are required to select a research topic,which highlights a problem within a program or organization, explain why that particular topic is chosen and discuss the theories, concepts of public administration practices that will be used to address the problem posed by that topic.
