Submit list of strategies/practices to advance your own identity, and the identity of your staff/students (2-3 pages) You learn how to do this on ICS Equity Modules 2 & 3.

The list addresses this question: “As a new principal at your school, you know that the identity development of yourself needs work, and you know the importance of supporting identity development across identities with your staff and students. What concrete, specific steps will you take to advance the identity of yourself, staff and students across identities during the school year?”

How We Grade Assignment #4 – Strategies to Advance Your Own Identity and the Identity of Your Staff/Students

3.     Is reflective of how you assessed yourself, your school and your district on the Identity Development Inventory
