Your entry should be more than a couple of sentences and should expand upon the tasks and learning experiences within your practicum site. If your entry is lacking then I can only assume that you are not getting the experience needed from your site and a meeting will be set up with your Field Instructor as well as the student. An extremely large part of social work is documentation and this requirement will help you in developing strong documentation skills. Also, do not utilize the same competency each week. I need to be aware that you are going to be able to accomplish all competencies. This is not an hour chase but a successful completion of the competencies required.
