Evaluate the design and production quality of both reports. You will want to consider the following issues:

1. How does the content of the two reports differ? How is it the same? Does this reflect differences between the two companies? How?

2. What is the layout of each report?

3. Does the layout of the report enhance its message or distract your attention from it?

4. In what ways do design elements convey the company’s brand image?

5. Have the companies used appropriate graphic and design elements to convey their message?

6. Is the report clear in delivering its message or is it confusing?

7. Does each document strike you as “under-designed” or “over-designed” for its intended purpose?

8. Does the report demonstrate the “You Attitude?”

In the closing section of your report make suggestions and recommendations for writing sustainability reports in general. You do not have to direct your conclusions to any one company or industry in particular.

Remember you are submitting a report and not a question and answer worksheet. You should follow the instructions from in your textbook to properly organize your report. Use headings and subheadings to make the information easy to locate and the report easy to read. Use proper business formatting including aligning everything on the left-hand margin, single spacing within a paragraph, double spacing between paragraphs, using clear, concise language and making sure your paragraphs are concise (short) and cohesive (one topic per paragraph). Compose your report as a Word document and upload it to this assignment.
