What is your opinion on how Kindred Todd handled the situation?

What is your opinion about Larry Stepchuck?

What would you do differently in this situation?

Week 2:

Describe how an organization might select an OD practitioner, noting what criteria are important to evaluate.

Which one can be a more effective consultant, an External Consultant or an Internal Consultant? Explain.

Week 3:

Read the selected case “Diagnosis and Feedback at Adhikar*” pages 257-261 and address the questions at the end of the case.

Week 4:

Read the selected case “City of Carlsbad, California: Restructuring the Public Works Department (A)” on pages 433-434.
Answer questions # 1, 2 and 3.

Week 5:

Answer the question: Assuming a modification to the performance management system is necessary; describe the features of a system you would recommend. What changes need to be made in the goal setting, feedback/appraisal, and reward systems at DDI? Be specific about the features of the system(s) you believe need to be changed and the characteristics of the system itself. That is, do not describe the process for designing the system but focus on the characteristics of the reward system that are required to fit or align with the strategy, structure, and management processes.
