For Question #1, perform a complete five force analysis for the streaming video industry. Review the process for completing such an analysis in the text before proceeding. You may begin with a one page bullet-point list of the things you are considering for each of the five forces, but that must be followed by a comprehensive discussion of each of the five forces (in paragraphs, not bullets) that must conclude with an overall assessment of the attractiveness of this industry that is based on your analysis. The detailed analysis will take at least one full page in addition to your initial bullet list of things you are including in your analysis of each of the five forces.
For Question #6 perform a complete SWOT analysis for Netflix analysis. Review the process for completing such an analysis in the text before proceeding. You may begin with a one page bullet-point list of the things you are considering for each of the four elements of a SWOT, but that must be followed by a comprehensive discussion of the internal resource strengths and weaknesses and the external opportunities and threats (in paragraphs, not bullets) that must conclude with an overall assessment of the attractiveness of Netflix’s position within their industry that is based on your analysis. The detailed analysis will take at least one full page in addition to your initial bullet list of things you are including in your analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. I do not recommend that you try to lay out the SWOT as I would normally do, as that’s just an unnecessary waste of your time for this exercise.
