My dissertation topic is ‘Does Strategic Change Management Benefit Business Performance: Evidence from XX Company’. XX Company can be global companies that experience significant strategic change management, such as Lego, Domino’s Pizza, Coca-Cola, etc.
I need you to select a large global enterprise that you are familiar with, which means that you can collect the company’s data as evidence to support the research question.
The global enterprise you choose needs to meet the following requirements:
1. Listed companies.
2. Identify significant strategic change management experiences with evidence from company’s secondary data.
3. It has significant business in China.
4. You can reach the company’s public available secondary data.
I need the study utilize qualitative methodology. It employed the case study as the research instrument.

I planed to use publicly available secondary data in the analysis. The data collection will come from various sources including case studies in academic journal articles, and news report like BBC News, Bloomberg News, and magazines and newspapers such as China Daily, Financial Times, Forbes, Nikkei Asia, South China Morning Post, and The Guardian. As my successful research sample are publicly listed companies, I can also collect their data after strategic change management from annual reports throughout the study period.

In addition, I suggest you to clarify several points of the dissertation before starting to conceive:
