Problem/Solution: Problem definition reflects a critical concern in the case and is relevant to the class and current topic being discussed. This is followed immediately by a brief solution overview. Remember to BLUF: Bottom, Line, Up, Front.*
Problem Background: Highlights the key factors causing the problem.
Basis of Recommendation: Key analysis from your SWOT that highlights the reasons for the problem and suggests the effectiveness of the solution.
Recommendation: Overview and highlights of the recommendation. Ensure that the recommendation and next steps comprehensively solve the defined problem.
Next Steps: These are specific, actionable statements that illustrate the how-to of the recommendation. Any aspect of your implementation strategy (4Ps) that needs to be altered should be discussed.
Exhibits: Impactful and support analysis/recommendation referenced in the text. One exhibit should illustrate your SWOT analysis — two or more exhibits required for full credit.
