Management 

I believe through your experience, knowledge and skills you can become a leader. I believe you have to want to be a leader and have the motivation to succeed at it. You can take leadership classes to help you along the way, but I do not believe just taking leadership classes will make you a leader. It takes determination and your experience to help you become a leader. If your next step in your current position is to be a leader, then you can start preparing yourself by taking classes to see what you, yourself would have to improve on for the next step.
