Ethical and Unethical leaders:Clarification of Portfolio assignment:
Three sections each worth 50 points for a total of 150 points:
I. Your learning for each chapter (14 total) succinctly described in 1-2 sentences (Leaders are intellectually adept)
II. Your logo that describes who you are and your personal brand (Leaders are creative)
III. One thing from 14 chapters that you have learned and have already implemented or will implement immediately. If your implementation is in the future I want to know what resources you need and where you will obtain them. (Leaders are resourceful and set reasonable and attainable goals. Leaders are also authentic and courageous).1) Your summary of at least one thing you learned from each chapter that can positively impact your leadership style (50 points)
2) A copy/scan of your leadership logo (50 points). We talked about your brand in class a few weeks ago. This brand is anything or symbol that brand you as a good leader. It could be a drawing, picture and/or symbol.
Use your creative skills (because leaders are creative) to develop a logo around your brand. Have fun with this; there is no right or wrong answer, but this is a serious attempt of visually documenting who you are.
3) One idea that you plan to implement immediately at work along with how you plan to implement that idea. What resources will you need and how will you obtain those resources. (50 points)
