Select a recent (within the last 10 years) research-based article from a scholarly journal that focuses on a diversity topic for example (prejudice, stereotypes, human rights and employment rights, immigration.)

Write a 5 pages paper summarizing the article, its findings, how it relates to topics discussed in class and diversity. You do not need to have more than one article. Further, discuss your opinion about the quality, importance, and relevance of the article to real-world application. Also, write about how what you learned from this article can be applied to improving management and leadership as it relates to diversity. You must cite your article at the conclusion of your paper. The paper must be completed in Word format, 12-point font, double spaced, in APA format.

You will also prepare a PowerPoint presentation (no Prezi) of at least 8 slides providing a summary of the article and its applicability to real-world situations. Use color and make them visually appealing as if you are going to give a presentation for your future employer. You must cite your sources for the PowerPoint as well. Extrapolate the most important information from your article/paper.
