This module deals with the constitutional structure and current function of Congress, demonstrating how laws are made and explaining the process of choosing elected representatives. This module offers an explanation of how you can judge the performance of your U.S. Representative and Senators.
Upon successful completion of this module, you will be able to:

Explain the differences between a congress and a parliament and delineate the role that the Framers expected Congress to play.
Describe the formal process by which a bill becomes a law.
