Struggling to engage:Your community schools have low test scores. In fact, your school district has some of the lowest test scores in the state. Consequently, many youth are dropping out of school. There has also been an increase in delinquent crimes. The school administrators and teachers are struggling to engage the parents in making sure that their children attend school.
You are a human service worker who is a member of an action plan committee created to address the low test scores, high drop-out rates and poor school attendance etc…

Make a list of services that might help address this struggling community.
