Research Design And Methods In Homeland Security Research Paper

I would like assistance with developing a 10-13 page research paper in APA format within the realm of homeland security with the following parameters as shown below. It must consist of not less than 10 nor more than 13 full pages, excluding the Title and Reference Page. No abstract is required. My due date is in approximately 10 days and I am having trouble with this. This is a graduate level course and the research question/topic must relate to homeland security in some form.

Below is the guidelines for the paper broken up into components to be strung together for a full 10-13 page paper. All writing in this course is run through a plagiarism checking system through the turn it in system. The Course Paper is limited to a similarity score no greater than 15% or 5% from any one source, excluding title, quotes, and references. Each Component is limited to a similarity score no greater than 10%, or 5% from any one source.

a. Title Page. APA applies.

b. Introduction (2-3 Pages). Discuss WHAT you are studying and WHY. Introduce the reader to your research topic and the reasons justifying its study. Discuss how your research question raises or resolves issues that the available literature does not address.

c. Literature Review (4-5 Pages). The literature review is an interpretive synthesis of other studies that relate to your topic using a minimum of 10 academic articles, 5 of which must be peer-reviewed.

d. Methodological Section (4-5 Pages). (1) State the Research Question; (2) State your Hypothesis or Hypotheses (what you are actually testing by your research); (3) State your Sample Source and Method of Selection (from where and in what manner will your sample be obtained); (4) State your Data Sources and Collection Method(s) (e.g., surveys, interviews, etc.); (5) Explain your Research Design (experimental, quasi-experimental, specific qualitative design); and, Explain your Research Method (quantitative, qualitative, mixed-method).

e. References (Minimum of 10). A list of authoritative sources cited in the Research Paper (APA).
