At the request of the XXXX, Checco Communications (CC) and Public Trust Strategies (PTStrategies LLC; hereinafter PTS), known jointly as CC/PTS, are pleased to submit the following contract between XXXX and CC/PTS for CC/PTS to perform an internal brand inquiry of XXXX. This contract outlines efforts designed to help XXXX:
 Document current organizational thinking as it relates to XXXX’s brand/identity
 Gain a fuller understanding of the perceived issues and challenges, both internal and
external, currently facing XXXX as they relate to better branding the organization
 Evaluate XXXX’s current identity materials, including publications, logos, editorial and
graphic standards, templates, website, etc., including the review of XXXX’s division
materials
 Identify areas of divergent and convergent opinions among XXXX’s leadership and staff
with respect to brand identity
 Identify issues concerning major sub-brands of XXXX (e.g., divisions, major
centers/projects such as CCT in New York)
 Evaluate internal consensus on XXXX’s mission, positioning, and communications
 Identify areas of consensus on core XXXX organizational values for developing brand
messages that can be strategically employed to target XXXX’s audiences
 Identify strategies that can be implemented organization-wide to support a unified,
concerted branding effort. Make recommendations regarding division sub-brands as
they relate to themselves as a family as well as vis-à-vis the XXXX brand.
