One of the most significant markers of future and current health in both adults and
children is physical fitness. Strength and endurance are commonly used to predict some diseases
such as cancer and mental health, which are referred to as cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular
fitness in adults is an independent and reliable predictor of cardiovascular infections, mortality
and mobility, mental health, stroke, and cancer. This paper will discuss some of how most
children's acquire these diseases through two academic articles: Poverty and child's height
