This may be an organization where e a student works or has worked or an organization that a student wants to engage in this kind of change analysis. Identify a change initiative or proposed change initiative of your choice that has been implemented, or is being planned for implementation, and analyze its effectiveness. The paper should include:

Describe the change initiative including the process of change and the change’s effect on the organization

Review and evaluate artifacts/evidence that are associated with the change

Analyze strengths and weaknesses of the organization’s change initiative utilizing at least one of the conceptual models in course texts or other supporting resources
