Consider the following descriptors of leaders in terms of questioning.  There are seven listed by our authors.  Choose three that resonate with you as being key to being an effective leader in an organization and reflect upon the importance of the descriptor and how you plan to demonstrate your abilities in those three areas.  What actions may you take in your leadership work?
