The Deepest Well Project and Proposal

I will review your proposal and let you know if it is acceptable or not. Please post your proposal on TURNITIN by the date and time indicated for your seminar.
Part 3. The Final Proposal
When you finish reading The Deepest Well you will write a one-page proposal about the paper, project, etc. that you wish to complete for this seminar. I will review your proposal and let you know if it is acceptable or not. If necessary, I will take time to individually meet with you to talk about your ideas for a paper or a project on The Deepest Well. Please post your proposal on TURNITIN by the date and time indicated for your seminar.
Once your proposal has been approved you may begin your paper or project. Thank you.
Part 4.How will I grade your paper/project? Read carefully!
First, you must complete what you indicated you would do in your approved Deepest Well, proposal. If you write about something different than you proposed, you will receive no credit for this assignment. Second, you must demonstrate that you have applied information and material from Nadine Burke Harris’ text to your final project. Please do not veer off into other people’s research unless for some reason I have approved that type of project for you, in particular. Excellent papers/projects have the following in common:
Adequacy with which the assignment is completed. That is, does the report or response focus on what was assigned or in this case, what you proposed for an assignment? Are the required aspects of the proposal considered?
Understanding the application and implications of theory and research for the classroom situation. That is, does the report or response show evidence of your understanding?
Perceptiveness, thoughtfulness (reflection), and integration of theory/research with experiences in the secondary school classroom. That is, does the report or the response indicates that you have carefully thought about the educational significance of your final paper/project for the classroom teacher and/or secondary education student?
Academic writing is required. An organized paper includes communicating ideas well and the proper use of punctuation and grammar. Thorough editing of your paper will avoid imprecise language that reflects an imprecise understanding of the material you are learning. If you are starting with exciting ideas and arguments, they are of little consequence if you cannot communicate them. Subsequently, your writing abilities, including punctuation and grammar, will be a significant part of the grade on your papers for this seminar.
Two different deadline 4 days for the proppsoal and another 4 days for the project.
