Introduction to Corporate Financial Accounting.

This week you will be reviewing a corporate annual report for a company you select. The reason we are examining this report is to see the annual financial statements, the use of ratios, and the audit report, You will notice there are 11 mandatory components in the annual report as required by the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). Publicly traded corporations also complete the 10K annual report on the SEC website (sec.gov).

Upon successful completion of the week, you will be able to:
