Reflecting on the Diverse Needs of Stakeholders

Education sector involves different stakeholders such as teachers, students, employers,
parents, faculty, and funders. The stakeholders play different roles to ensure that there is high
level of performance. The primary stakeholders in education are mainly teachers and students.
The secondary stakeholders comprise of mentors, managers, parents, and employer. As a teacher,
it is my central role to equip with knowledge according to the set curriculum (Rouse, 2008).
