The United States Constitution is recognized as the supreme law of the country empowered
with the sovereign authority of the people by the framers as well as the consent of the legislatures of
the States. It is worth noting that the United States Constitution is the foundation of all government
powers, and to a great extent it offers significant limitations on the government as the means to ensure
that there is a protection of the fundamental rights of the citizens. This constitution was signed on
September 17th the year 1787, by representatives to the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia. The
