Question: How is a relationship between a group of people and a language constructed, and what kind of impacts or effects can such a relationship have? Answer this question by comparing two different answers to this question from the course readings attached below.

IMPORTANT: this is more of a LINGUISTIC question, please focus more on community and LANGUAGE. Both readings attached below have at least one minority language, please talk about the relationship between a group of people and the minority language (from both readings). Also, stick to the readings attached below, no need to look anything else or argument up online. I also attached paragraph format below.
