Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello

I need a 1,200 to 1,250 words no more than that English essay on Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello in MLA style, can use only 30% of quotes in the essay, do not cite too much, use third person narrative, use second level questions when writing, do not plagiarize. I would like to receive a B on the essay

My teacher is very strict on quotes and wants it to be perfectly quoted and also very strict on the work cited page it has to be English credible sources only, nothing foreign or translated because the teacher wants to find the source afterwards and be able to understand and confirm it.

He also says the first paragraph has to be topic, background information, and thesis and is very strict about the thesis being in the first paragraph
