The difference between integrative and distributive bargaining is that in distributive, there is only one winner or achieving a goal as through integrative, both parties are winners. Integrative bargaining can become counter product when both parties don’t agree. This can be due to misunderstanding and misperceptions or both parties wanted different outcomes.
