Based on the attached analyses, make a recommendation to the CEO about what actions the organization should take. Think about what strengths they can leverage. Connect this with the organization’s directional strategies (see attached reading on this, make sure this is clear in the essay) to develop strategic goals and tactics. Be certain to identify current and needed capacities of resources, competencies, and capabilities (Ginter et al., 2018, p132 – 136) to realize the recommendation.
Convey recommendations in 2 – 3 pages, formatted for an executive audience. Think about the arc, structure, and writing. Use headers and include an introduction and conclusion. Use APA for references and citations. (References do not count toward page count.) At least 3 references are required. Only used attached book chapters/articles as reference options.
