This is one of those controversial issues. Here, you are ask to take a side of the debate, and explaining why you took that specific side. Your explanations should contain examples that will back up your claim. Critical thought questions will be announced in class [usually at the end of class session]. Jeff Rickey, Dean of Admission at Earlham College says, “The test is too long (about 4 hours) for most young people to sit through. The present SAT experience is almost cruel and inhumane punishment. Rickey’s view may have some veracity, but the core issue is should SAT scores be the best predictor of college success? Please explain and give accounts that might favor and/or unfavor your decision for SAT testing
