Each student must meet/talk with the leader of his/her choice about their leadership at work, in the community, and or family. The analysis should include the leaders: • Leadership philosophy • Leadership style • Decision-making style • Who inspires them as a leader (famous or not) • Did this person fall into their leadership position?
