Assignment: You will write an individual paper and give a 10-15-minute oral presentation corresponding with your assigned pre-licensure knowledge target (content-subject area) for students enrolled in a beginning level nursing program.
You will write a 4-page paper identifying and elaborating on the context key points pertaining to your assigned knowledge target, not including the title page and reference page. You get to the content-subject area that you want to focus on; your key points should correspond with your assigned pre-licensure knowledge target. Review the attached rubrics. The paper will be in APA 7th edition format, and you must also include at least 3 supporting references (See Rubrics)undefinedundefined
Criteria for Format and Special Instructionsundefined
- The paper (excluding the title and reference pages) should be at least 4 pages. Points will be lost for not meeting the length requirement.
- Font and sizes acceptable: 12-point Times New Roman or 11-point Arial.
- Introduction (write an introduction, but do not use “introduction” as a heading in accordance with APA format)
- A minimum of 3 scholarly references must be used. Scholarly references need to be current, 5–8 years or less (anonymous authors or web pages are not acceptable).
- Title page, body of paper, and reference page must follow APA guidelines as found in the 7th edition of the manual. This includes the use of headings for each section or topic of the paper.
- Ideas and information that come from readings must be cited and referenced correctly.
- The paper will be scored using the Paper and Oral Presentation Grading Rubric.
- This paper is due on 4/13/2021 @ 0900. Submit your paper in the dropdown box located in week 14 on Blackboard. ANY LATE PAPERS WILL RECEIVE A ZERO FOR A GRADE.
- Paper must be submitted through SafeAssign for plagiarism.
- Oral presentation of your paper should be no more than 15 minutes.
